June see’s the club venturing out of town, to the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao, where Guido Milner long time B&B veteran will host the Shanghailanders at his hotels Ocho Tapas and Wine lounge, with culinary delights brought together by Chef Alexandre Bauer.
Alexandre redefines cooking as culinary arts and combines inspiration from his global culinary experience to create avant-garde cuisine at the Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao.
